Lady Gregory Hotel, Leisure Club & Beauty Rooms has a fully equipped onsite Technogym gymnasium. Our state-of-the-art gym offers a full range of cardiovascular machines including treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, bikes, stepper & wave machines.
Our gym also includes a large selection of weight machines including chest press, shoulder press, leg press, curl & extension, lat pulldown & cable machine along with a state of the art smith machine & power rack. It also boasts a large selection of free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, slam balls & a recovery station which includes massage guns.
Our gym is spacious, bright and fully air-conditioned and overlooks the swimming pool. The Swan Leisure Club boasts a team of friendly, professional staff who are always on hand supervising and available to advise and assist you throughout your workout.
We also have a Strength & Conditioning unit on our ground floor which hosts a selection of power racks, plyometric boxes, spin bikes, assault bikes, a ski machine & a large selection of free weights along with an adjustable cable machine all which are user friendly and designed to suit every individual need.
Fitness Classes
Free members studio classes available as well as pay as you go classes for non members/guests. Classes include Step, Kettlebells, Total Body Workout, Circuits, Suspension Training and S&C.
